About the Role:

As a Community Manager, you will be the face of our company, engaging with our users, gathering valuable feedback, and driving initiatives to create a vibrant and inclusive community experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and events, to build strong relationships and foster a sense of belonging
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive adoption, encourage user-generated content, and promote meaningful interaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align community initiatives with company goals and user needs
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on community metrics and sentiment, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as a liaison between our community and internal teams, advocating for user needs and ensuring their voices are heard
  • Plan and host community events, both online and offline, to bring users together, showcase their work, and celebrate their achievements
  • Create and curate compelling content, such as blog posts, tutorials, and newsletters, to educate and inspire our community
  • Manage and moderate community channels, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all users

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in a tech-related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of driving community growth, engagement, and retention
  • Passion for AI, Spatial Computing, and emerging technologies, with a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different channels and audiences
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to derive insights from community data and metrics
  • Collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
  • Experience with community management tools, such as Discourse, Slack, and social media platforms
